KJTS Group Berhad provides integrated building support in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. It engages in the provision of cooling energy management services, including energy audits; design, construction, operation, maintenance, retrofit, and upgrade of existing district cooling systems (DCS) and chiller plants, as well as engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of cooling energy systems; and supplies chilled water for space cooling. The company also provides cleaning services comprising regular cleaning, periodic cleaning, hygiene, furniture cleaning and treatment, floor and carpet cleaning, external façade and window cleaning, swimming pool cleaning, event cleaning, exterior cleaning, and landscaping for commercial and mixed properties, theme parks, manufacturing facilities and premises, and condominiums; and cleaning services for cleanrooms in manufacturing facilities. In addition, it offers static and mobile facilities management services; waste management services; and integrates software systems. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
